The application deadline for those planning to graduate in May is Friday, Feb. 14.
Online ordering of cap and gown is scheduled to begin in February. Please watch this Commencement website or UNotes for details.
Information for Graduates
Our annual May Commencement exercises are scheduled for Sunday, May 18, at the XL Center in downtown Hartford. It will celebrate the academic achievements of all who were awarded degrees during the 2024–25 academic year (Sept. 2024, Jan. 2025, May 2025). The Graduate Ceremony (doctoral and master's degrees) will be held at 9 a.m. with the Undergraduate Ceremony (bachelor's and associate degrees) taking place at 2 p.m.
Before you can walk across the stage, you need to make sure you've completed all the necessary steps for graduation.
